Our Credit and Payment Policy and Terms

Crown Hill Farm Enterprises makes getting the stove you want, or the services you need, easy and affordable. We accept cash, personal checks, and business checks. We do not offer credit service, nor do we accept credit cards at this time. Credit card companies charge between 3 to 7 percent for processing. We would rather keep the money in your pockets and keep us the most competitive stove shop around. 42 years selling stoves, must mean we are doing some things right!

All products we sell must be paid for in advance of delivery unless other arrangements have been made. We do not require a deposit for ordering unless the order is for specialty parts. These parts must be paid in advance. We are happy to make other arrangements or options with you if advance payment is a problem. We make every effort to make your purchase easy and painless. We will work with you on credit terms if necessary.

We have no problem with returns or refunds. We can offer cash or store credit for all returns.

Our Price Guarantee Policy

We always strive to give you the best quality products at the most competitive prices. We are open to negotiating pricing for any product we sell, and we give you our low price guarantee to give you the best deal possible. We will meet any written price quote, and then we will beat it by two percent. This offer is good for whole goods only. Installations are not included as part of the guarantee and must be negotiated separately with the installers.
